IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING:
  • Most items found on our Instagram page will not be available to purchase online. To purchase these items, please message us on Instagram or WhatsApp to place an order.
  • We require 2-3 days notice even though we offer next day delivery service, If we cannot meet the date you require the order for, it will be cancelled and refunded. 
  • Items on our website come as the picture shown. If you would like the item in a different colour or style, please message us on Instagram or WhatsApp to place the order.
  • If you would like to collect your order in Birmingham, you will see a pickup option at checkout and will be emailed with an address and time for collection.
  • Please check orders within 24 hours of it arriving for any damages or fault. We will not assist you after this time as it will no longer be a fault of the company. 
  • In the NOTES section at checkout please include:
    1. YOUR PERSONALISE MESSAGE ON BALLOON
    2. DATE YOU REQUIRE THE ORDER FOR
    3. MESSAGE NOTE ON A HANDWRITTEN CARD (optional)

 

 

DELIVERY
  • Nationwide deliveries are made via DHL NEXT DAY DELIVERY Service. 
  • All orders based in Birmingham/Surrounding areas is hand delivered by our own delivery team.
